General Description
California born, heart in the Balkans, trying to make an impact in the North Bay's farming scene. Nothing makes me more happy than cooking for others, it's one of the things I miss most from the pre-Covid days. Excited that it's a possibility again! I took a hard turn off the path from diplomacy, to chef work, to making cheese on a farm and I've never regretted it! I enjoy growing vegetables, saving seeds and stewarding some unique cultivars, fermenting, traditional dairying and foraging. Delved into wine making and small scale staple crops. Outside of rural skills, I find languages and history incredibly interesting.
