Why am I a HIV gay man? To make a long story short, I divorced when I was forty-six and guess I
thought I had to make up for all those lost years when I knew I was gay and supressed it. Afraid I wasen't careful and did not even consider safe sex. I was devistated when I first learned of my HIV status in 1997. Since then I have accepted it and have learned to manage it with medication. I am doing very well and haven't had any adverse complications from it. Will say more if we meet.
