I'm third generation American, my ancestors come from the Hadramawt region in southern Yemen (Hazarmaveth in the Bible) I write novels and sing Yemenite folk songs at various local festivals in Seattle, but I want to widen my vocal repertoire to include Arab classical music, French standards, and Hebrew folk songs. I am proficient in five languages, Arabic, Hebrew, French, Indonesian, and of course English. And now I feel like I'm advertising myself and I'm morally against over-consumerism. I don't have an 'ideal' match per se, but someone who loves to travel, engage in new experiences, and enjoy life.
