I've had weight fluctuations for some time now. I like to stay healthy, but I've always gained and
lost weight. At my heaviest I was 340 lbs, smallest 130. So I know what it is like to be very big, as well as skinny. Trying to find a healthy place somewhere in between, but not obsessed with being what I once thought of as perfect, and want to embrace my chub status.
