With a full body massage all areas of the body receive equal treatment resulting in reduced pain and a more relaxed, comfortable state. Your massage can be full body or focused on specific areas of discomfort. My sports massage techniques will work to remove discomfort and promote healing of overused muscles. If you wish, specific muscles and tendon groups can be targeted for treatment. I can give the massage on a massage TABLE or on a BED, whatever style you prefer. I will personalize the session to make it a more pleasurable experience for you. I have a smooth, muscular body. I work out on weights as well as run and bike so my body is very well defined.
