This apartment locates N Alfred (right next to La Cienega) / Santa Monica Blvd, that means every store and clubs are locating real close __) Details__ -2 bed / 2 bath, and a HUGE living room -the room is available from July 1st -clozets, pool and laundry room, and your own parking spot -Rent is $1050 (including water, gas, and trash fee), so your additional payments are electricity(every 2 month) which is about $30 and high-speed internet ($ 20) -deposit is $1275 -the lease is one year. if you have to move out within a year, you need to find your replacement. About me__ Im 20 year-old gay male who go to school, resposible, and easy- going. Im looking for a male roommate who is resposible and financially stable. There is a credit chec.
